SHIPPING & RETURNS


  1. Processing

  Once we receive your order please allow 1-3 days for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the time that it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed,  you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.


  1. Purchasing

  Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason , if an item sells out, you will be contacted through email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost.


  1. Shipping

  Yes, we ship worldwide! Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. to ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Board & Bow is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our Headquarters, and is in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.


  1. Returns & Exchanges

  Our return policy lasts 7 days after order is received (excluding weekends or National Holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item at our Headquarters. For returns/exchanges, email us at boardnbow@gmail.com and we will be glad to assist you. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be given to the carrier within 14 days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) of being issued the return label. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. If an item does not work out for you , the item can only be exchanged for store credit that can be used toward another order. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Returned items received in any other condition will be discarded and no refund or exchange will be issued. If your item is returned to us worn, washed, with dirt, debris (i.e. deodorant, excessive pet hair, e.t.c.), or odor (i.e.fragrance, smoke), the item will be discarded and no refund/exchange will be issued. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition; no exceptions to this policy.

FAQ


  1. “When will my order be shipped?”

  Orders are packaged and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days,(excluding processing time) however, during periods of high demand please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays do not begin processing time until the next business day.


  1. “I received an email saying my order is on the way, but the tracking number says my order is still in Centerville. Can you please help me with this?”

  As we print order invoices, we also print shipping labels. When customers orders are printed, a tracking number will be emailed immediately. The tracking will not update until the carrier has your package and has processed your package into their system.


  1. “My order says delivered, but I haven’t received anything. Please advise.”

  Once packages have left our Headquarters and are in the hands of the carrier we have no control of the package. In most cases, the carrier has marked the package delivered before it has actually been delivered, and customers normally receive their package later that day or the next day. Please allow 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not going to be delivered by the carrier. Board & Bow is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.


  1. “ I received a different item than the item I ordered. How can this be corrected?”

  If customers are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to our Headquarters and we will send the correct item. Please be prepared to send us a picture the items you received for our records.


  1. “I just received my order and I would like a different size. How do I do this?”

  Our exchange policy lasts 7 business days after the delivery date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the items back at our Headquarters and the items are confirmed to be in good condition.
